420CzechTours organizes Free Tours in Prague. By using our website (www.420czechtours.com) or participating in our tours, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining any activity.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. By booking or attending a tour, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• Our tours are free, meaning the price is open – you decide how much it’s worth by tipping the guide at the end of the tour.
• All tours are conducted outdoors. Please dress accordingly and consider weather conditions.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Each participant is responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and travel insurance.

• While booking is not mandatory, it is recommended to help us plan and manage the group size effectively.
• You can cancel your booking at any time via our website.
• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify tours due to weather conditions, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bookings for VIP Tours can be cancelled free of charge.If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email or phone so we can update our schedule.

If 420 Czech Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

420CzechTours and our guides are not liable for any injuries, losses, theft, damages, or accidents that may occur during the tour. Participation is at your own discretion.

• Please behave respectfully towards the guide and other participants at all times.
• We reserve the right to remove any person who behaves inappropriately, disruptively, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• We may take photos or videos during the tours for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the guide before the tour starts.

• QR codes shown during the tours are used for internal tracking of referral partners.
• Any commissions or cooperation are governed by individual agreements between us and our partners.

We collect only essential booking information (such as name, phone number, email, and UTM/campaign data) and do not
